Riley's Annual Christmas Ailment....

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, except for Riley licking his a**.........tail. As is tradition in the Simpson house Kristen and I had to make our annual visit to the veterinarians on Christmas Eve. Most years it is some type of consumption related illness, but this year with all the other 'distractions' Riley decided to kick it up a notch by getting some sort of rash on his rump and tail.

The result; a $300 trip to the pissed off vet, tail spray, 2 medications, and 1 cone. Yes a cone. So now in his sickly demeanor he is bulling his way around the house, cone in lead, knocking off ornaments and sending drinks flying.

Did I mention how the spray gets applied? Let's save that story for another day.
