Mr. Sunshine is here!

As this is my first post on the blog, I will try to be as creative as Jason.

Well despite our best efforts, Everett has been type-casted as the "sad" one. Right from birth, he has always been a little weepy. But who can blame him, saddled between 2 girls, who I think, will over-rule him in years to come. However in recent days the clouds have lifted and Mr. Sunshine has come out.

But thanks to Dawna & Robert, who generously donated their grandsons 'Kick & Play', Everett has found his nirvana. For those non-parents out there, the Kick & Play is a bouncy chair that makes sounds and lights up when struck in a particular spot. Unlike the girls, he had always tolerated the swing but never really 'enjoyed' himself up until now that is. Once he got that bouncy, rocking motion it was nothin' but smiles and happy days.

Hi Kristin and Jason:

My parents were there today and said how adorable the kids are. I love following your site.....too funny!!
When I read this, I had to mention we got our baby girl's first smile with Tiny Love's Gymini Playground. She goes crazy for it!! She is also cooing up a storm to one of the dangling creatures!! It is big enough to fit all 3 babies.
Just a thought for your cutie pie sad little guy!!
Take Care from one new set of parents to another!!

Good job Kris. I guess there is something in that old saying "Boys and their toys". Nothing like starting them early. Take care. Marilyn from good old NB.

Kristin and Jason, congratulations to you both. I have been visiting your site on a regular basis and it always brings a smile to my face. Your write ups are very descriptive and I find them very entertaining. I work with Shannon and have felt the excitement and joy right along with her. I certainly hope one day I get to meet them. It is unbelieveable how quickly they change. You will have to take the trip to Ottawa when the babies get a little older.
